Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Himgiri Yatra, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be as transparent and fair as possible.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 15-29 days before the trip will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the trip are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.

3. Cancellation by Himgiri Yatra

• In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, government restrictions, etc.), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
